We got our pet door installed almost 4 years ago. It's still works great. The installation was done well. Our 2 pups use it all the time!

Our Doggies love their pet door! They love to get halfway through the door just to check things out!! I have Déjà vu of telling my children ( when they were small) “either go out or come in, your letting all the cold air out” The flaps are sturdy enough to remain closed yet my 9lb chi can navigate it with no problems!! Ps. I’ve even caught the cat using it, when the dogs aren’t around of course.

I loved the dog door. I had it for 6 years for my two golden retrievers. The install was easy. Trevor installed it and I was able to keep the original door for when I moved out and wanted to put it back. The install was fast and the service was nice. I would use Utah power access again.

Great experience with Utah Pet Access. The owner and the employees are so patient and helpful. I originally thought we wanted a doggie door in the wall. There was only one spot that it would work since we have a lot of windows. The company installer came the day we scheduled the install and while at our house my husband and I changed our minds and wanted the glass door doggie access instead . The installer who is one of the owners was so patient and friendly. So instead of installing the wall doggie door he measured for the glass doggie door. We couldn’t be happier with how the whole experience went! We love the doggie door and so do our pups.

This dog door is made with quality parts and last a long time the brushes around the frame will need to be replaced. The reason mine didn’t last as long as I’d like to is attracted the attention of my dog’s teeth, so consequently, they needed to be fixed.

Our doggie door has been a life changer! It was easily installed in less than 30 minutes and my golden retriever learned to use it in a couple of minutes. She loves that she can come and go as she pleases and I love that I don’t have to stress if I get stuck at work. The door magnet is strong so the door closes immediately and even in a colder climate, the door is not drafty.

We had two installed in glass doors. The installation was quick and well done. One door had shutters. It looks great. It does take a bit more to put in the security pane that has screws and a lock. Very secure for when traveling.

Fast and friendly service. Quality product, definitely recommend. A year later, everything is holding up well and functions as it should except the latch on the pet flap blocker to keep it in place. It is no longer functional, but I believe that’s due to user error (got too rough with it or dropped it), and it doesn’t affect the main function of the blocker.

From the initial ordering to the final installation, pet access was professional and accomplished exactly what I needed. My dog is so happy that he can run in and out now on his own! They didn’t excellent job. I’ve had dogs all my life and this is by far the very best Dog Door I’ve had. It was simple. He went to work did it but he was supposed to and it works beautifully not one of those cheap ones it’s quality.

One of my French door glass broke in my basement. Needed a dog door anyway. Utah pet access changed the glass to a dog door, solid glass above for the price of new glass.
