What Our Customers Say

  • Lynnsi Hayes
When I needed a dog door for my glass French doors the internet made it seem impossible. I called Utah Pet Access they knew exactly what I needed and sent someone out to measure super fast. The service, the install and the door were all awesome.
  • Locklan Christensen
Install was great and very very fast. They got everything finished within 2 weeks of my initial inquiry. The team was very friendly and went out of their way to meet me way earlier than they typically would. I appreciate so much their willingness to work with me and my needs. The door looks so good and its awesome to know I now have an efficient dog door that lets my dogs have safe access in and out while maintaining the proper HVAC efficiency from our new system and windows. I highly recommend working with Utah Pet Access!
  • Julie Miller
Incredible experience. Replaced warped dog door. Old door let in a lot of hot air in summer and cool air in winter. Even had my first experience with mice. Now I feel like I have a quality dog door that has 2 flaps with magnets on side and bottom . My 2 dogs figured it out and use it without any issues. Really appreciate the door block that slides down and can be locked. Old door just had a plastic piece that popped on and off and all the dog had to do to get in or out was just touch with their nose. Thank you for a great product and installation. Your guy was fantastic! Definitely recommend this company. Yes it was expensive but you really get a great product. Julie Miller
  • McKenzie Stewart

  • Amy Atkinson Jensen
Stellar customer service!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In a busy world that we live in, it’s amazing to have an appointment set up and they actually show up on time as promised. Product timeframe was as promised Excellent installation work and showed up to that appointment on time as well. Definitely will recommend this company.
  • Dorothy Weber
I am very pleased with Utah Pet Access. They installed a pet door in a sliding patio door. The new glass with the door arrived in less time than predicted and installed right away. Two adjustments were needed after the installation and they promptly returned to take care of them. They fixed a minor issue with the door lock and also adjusted the magnets which my dog thought were too strong for him. I would recommend them.
  • Christine Reinicke
Dogs could not be happier. Great experience. Looks great.
  • Mike Oyler
Utah pet access installed a dog door for us a couple of months ago, it works great and it is a great addition to our house. Our dogs don’t need to be created when we’re not home, they can come and go into our fenced yard as needed. We are extremely happy with the quality of our dog door.
  • Amanda Hughes
Great communication, great pricing, and quality work.
  • Doyle Mortimer
When I first checked into Utah Pet Access, frankly I thought they were too expensive, and I held off for several months. Finally, I moved forward, and now my wife and I consider this one of the best investments we have ever made! The construction of this door is top notch! Our pets have not had one accident in the house, and our larger dog’s anxiety has nearly disappeared! Utah Pet Access is literally the best!!
  • Melissa

  • Eric Gordon

  • John Harrison
The install is super-clean and it has been great to have the dog be able to go in and out when he needs to.
  • Amber Mann
Everything was just so easy! The scheduling was easy, estimate was fast, and the install was done in less than an hour! The whole process was hassle free and I wish I wouldn’t have put it off for so long!
  • Nic Hutch
We have 3 glass doors that exit onto our back porch. My husband was edging and flipped a rock up and shattered one of them. We called a couple different companies not sure what to do. These guys were the first to respond and got us an appointment quickly. The guy that came was knowledgeable about the brand of doors we have and knew that the company was no longer in business. He explained how they could help us by replacing the glass and including the dog door for our large fur babies. It has been the BEST decision we ever made. The ease of install surprised us. We did have to wait about 4 weeks for our new glass and dog door but it was well worth it. If you are looking for a company or are on the fence about putting a dog door in. DON’T wait any longer. Their prices are better than other DIY online. The dog door gets used 1 million times a day by our active pups and it seals up every time. Worth every penny.
  • Liliana Eichorst
I had a great experience with this Company, from the technician that came to measure my patio window to the technicians that installed them. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable of my questions and concerns and the quality of the product is really good. I am pleased with the work they have done.
  • Darin Friess

  • Jayne Kearl
We had huge problems trying to potty train our puppy. She would always go before I could get her outside. But as soon as you put the doors in and she got used to him we haven’t had a problem since. The installers were great. they look good in the doors and they’ve enjoyed having them.
  • Damon Harris
Love our new dog door. We should have had this done years ago. The team at Utah Pet Access made this a quick and easy process from order to install. The dogs love it as well.
  • Kiley Rae L

Dart did a great job with our install! The trim work came out really clean and professional. It looks like it was always part of the house. Easy to schedule, friendly service, and our dogs Luna and Wrigley took to it right away. Highly recommend Utah Pet Access!
  • Dickson Burton
Super convenient and fast install. Very professional. Great quality. The door has worked perfectly and our two dogs love it. Very happy we went with Utah Pet Access.
  • Mike H
Great product. Great, friendly, informative initial sales person and installer. Took four weeks to get installed which they told me upfront so no issue. Stays closed during high winds. The price I saw online was the same as the quote and the same price I ended up paying. Would recommend.
  • Jennie Long
We love our pet door and so do our fur babies. It is easy to clean and looks great. We had a differnt type of door before which made it impossible to open our sliding glass door all the way, now easy peasy.
  • Marie Davies
Our pet door looks wonderful! They did a great job and we are very pleased!
  • Kylie Talbot
LOVE Utah Pet Access! They came out and measured everything and they were super honest about which type of door would perform best with my dogs and where we live. That was super appreciated because I was going for what was “cutest” and not what was functional haha! The wait for install was a bit long but understandable because they were literally creating a custom pane of glass for us! When the tech dis come to install the door he was on time, quick and efficient. I 10/10 recommend this company and I am SO excited about the door! If you have a dog and a sliding glass door, what are you waiting for?
  • Haley S
They did a beautiful job adding a big but somehow still discreet flap to our glass sliding door. And then even came back at short notice to replace the flap after our giant puppy ate it! Highly recommend this lovely bunch of animal loving people for any pet door needs.
  • Gridrock
Easy process. The install was quick once the tech got here.
  • Alicia Brown
We loved how our door turned out! They were able to customize exactly what we wanted and was able to use our original door. They were all very professional and kind to work with. Definitely would recommend!
  • Denise Kane
We couldn't be happier with Utah Pet Access. From our first phone call to the final installation, the entire experience was professional, friendly, and stress-free. The quality of the pet door and the workmanship is top-notch. It's clear they take pride in doing the job right, and the finished installation looks great and functions perfectly. Our dog took to it right away! What really stood out was the customer service. The team was responsive, punctual, and patiently answered all our questions. They walked us through the installation process, helped us choose the right door for our dog's size and our home, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. If you're looking for a pet door installation company that truly cares about their customers and their craft, look no further. Highly recommend Utah Pet Access!
