From the initial ordering to the final installation, pet access was professional and accomplished exactly what I needed. My dog is so happy that he can run in and out now on his own! They did a great job were quick on the install and clean and it looks like it was part of the door to begin with if you are considering a door for your dog to go in and out these people to use!

They didn’t excellent job. I’ve had dogs all my life and this is by far the very best Dog Door I’ve had. It was simple. He went to work did it but he was supposed to and it works beautifully not one of those cheap ones it’s quality.

One of my French door glass broke in my basement. Needed a dog door anyway. Utah pet access changed the glass to a dog door, solid glass above for the price of new glass. Replaced the broken glass while adding a dog door was great. They came out, measured everything and came back with dog door and replacement glass super quickly. Price was as quoted with no “extra costs”. Couldn’t be happier. Dogs are probs happiest. They can now let themselves in and out on demand.

By far the best window company around. Not only are they very reasonable with pricing but their install timeline is reasonable and their staff is extremely friendly! They have installed a pet door as well replaced several windows. We couldn’t believe the sound difference and energy savings just a few windows came make. When we are ready for more window replacement they will be the ones we go to.

I absolutely love my pet access door. When I had to replace door that my pet door was in- I called Trevor and he came back and moved it to the next door. It is solid, secure and still in new condition 10 years later. I love that it’s part of the door and can be locked when needed. There is also a metal plate to secure it if I go out of town. They thought of everything.

This is the best pet door! We were looking for a pet door for our new house that would work with a glass slider. Because we have a smaller sliding door we couldn't use the inserts sold online, so when we found Utah Pet Access with the pet door built directly into the glass we were so excited. Once they fabricated the glass with built in door, installation took less than an hour. They came, removed the old glass and installed the new glass with the pet door. We chose the plexidoor pet door that opens like a saloon door and it's so much better than the traditional flap door that we had at our previous home. We've now had the door for almost a year and I have not noticed cold/hot air leakage from the outside.

Needed a glass insert with doggie door pass through for a glass door. I spoke with Utah Pet door and they walked me through the process. Had a local glass company do the install and couldn’t may be happier with the insert and the doggie door.

I’ve had my Dog door for over a year now and I love it. The old dog door that I had installed was higher up, and I had to put a little stepstool in front of it in order to allow access for my little ones to get out the door, which was a pain in the butt and then the magnet didn’t work half the time we get a cold breeze coming into the room during the winter. But with this new dog Door, they can walk in and out easily without having to get on a stepstool very convenient for me so I wouldn’t have to move stepstools out of the way to enter for exit our door. Because the design of the new door was a little different from the old door, which I love the new doorsIt took me a while to get the two little ones to go out but now that they’ve learned to go out it’s awesome. I would definitely recommend Utah pay access for anyone that is looking to put a dog door in there Home.

The initial consultation answered all of our questions. We have Anderson doors with the triple locking mechanisms. So we didn’t want to change out the frame when getting dog doors. No worries, Utah Pet Access changed out the window pane, added the dog door and the whole installation took maybe an hour and a half to two hours. The installation tech was personable efficient and answered the few questions we came up with. We went with the door that has two vertical windows/ doors within one frame, and it and locks if we need it too. We’ve been through one winter and a very warm summer. There are no weather related issues whatsoever associated with having the dog doors, and what a life saver. If we’re gone from home longer than expected, we don’t have to worry about the dogs not being able to get out and take care of their business. It only took our two dogs a day or so to get use to going in and out. They like having the freedom to come and go at their leisure. One last BIG benefit is there have been no more “in the middle of the night” wake up calls from the dogs for us to let them out. Quality is top tier, worth every penny and we’re so glad we had Utah Pet Access install the doggy door. It looks great too! No regrets whatsoever.
